Course Fees ($ CDN)
PHYSICIAN - $275
(Includes physicians, surgeons, chiropractors, naturopaths, etc.)
ALLIED HEALTH PROFESSIONAL - $175
(Includes physiotherapists, occupational therapists, research coordinators etc.)
TRAINEE - $125
(Includes fellows, residents, medical students, doctorate students etc.
CME credits are available (5.25 MOC Section 1 hours).
